📋 Description

• Ensuring regional compliance with OSHA regulations • Develop, implement, and maintain workplace safety policies and programs • Assess risk and identify opportunities to improve safety performance • Lead initiatives to reduce hazards across operations • Oversee the accurate documentation and reporting of safety metrics, records, and compliance logs • Design safety program initiatives including leading the design, rollout, and continuous improvement of regional safety programs • Plans, implements and conducts preventative care, safety, and compliance training programs • Maintains comprehensive environmental safety & health programs • Provides operations team with guidance on health and safety processes • Oversee multiple safety initiatives/projects • Develop and manage budgets for safety programs

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive Health and Safety Management experience preferred • Employee Health and Safety (EHS) Supply Chain industry experience required • Amazon experience preferred • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred • In health care settings, required to maintain up-to-date immunizations and annual flu shots • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or equivalent. Or an equivalent combination of degree and experience • Certifications in Employee Health and Safety (EHS)
