📋 Description

• Monitor and identify opportunities on bidding portals (municipal, state, and federal) • Analyze tender documents and prepare all documentation required to participate in procurement processes • Register and keep the company's records updated on platforms such as ComprasNet, BLL, Licitanet, etc. • Track the progress of proposals and participate in electronic auctions (pregões eletrônicos) • Prepare cost spreadsheets and technical proposals together with the commercial team • Organize and archive bidding processes, ensuring legal compliance • Produce simple reports or checklists of analyzed tenders and outcomes (Weekly) • Work jointly with the commercial and legal departments when necessary

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with public tenders, preferably in outsourced services or HR • Knowledge of Law 14.133/2021 (New Public Procurement Law) • Familiarity with electronic auction platforms and government portals • Strong writing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and PDF tools • Organized, proactive, and attentive to detail
