• 5+ years sales/business development, with hands-on experience across all aspects of the selling cycle, within foodservice wholesale distribution • Extensive experience managing and collaborating with foodservice brokers and distributors • Highly developed negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build trust-based relationships with a wide range of influence skills • Expert understanding of the foodservice industry with an emphasis on national accounts • Direct P&L responsibility • Ability to wear multiple hats and multi-task with relentless attention to detail • Must demonstrate strong ownership and ability to take initiatives in problem solving • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a growth mindset, manage multiple situations concurrently, and work independently • A passion for our brand and portfolio! • Ability to travel as needed
