📋 Description

• Orchestrate program execution in collaboration with top vehicle manufacturers, ensuring alignment and meeting expectations • Manage cross-functional teams to deliver multiple related projects on schedule, focusing on quality and company strategy • Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes and maintain manufacturer relationships • Lead complex programs and align program goals with global manufacturers’ expectations and company vision • Plan and execute program initiatives while managing resources efficiently • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle • Track progress against timelines and priorities, making adjustments when necessary • Facilitate problem-solving and decision-making processes • Propose continuous improvement initiatives to optimize program outcomes and efficiency • Provide regular program status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders • Foster collaboration with Keyloop stakeholders and contribute to product and strategy vision, from OEM certifications to full journey ecosystems

🎯 Requirements

• Strong expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall • Proven experience leading complex programs and applying principles such as scope alignment, risk management and stakeholder communication • Familiarity with IT systems and processes, SaaS environments and cloud computing concepts • High-level understanding of the automotive industry, including trends and best practices • Knowledge of OEM sales and aftersales journeys • Skill in leading cross-functional teams effectively and fostering collaboration • Ability to set clear expectations and motivate team members • Capacity to align program goals with company strategy • Capability to identify, manage and resolve conflicts within the program • Ability to identify potential risks and establish risk mitigation controls • Skill to analyze complex problems and make informed decisions under uncertainty • Strong communication skills for delivering program status, updates and risks to stakeholders • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with manufacturers and other key stakeholders • Ability to address customer needs promptly and effectively • Generative AI technologies and their application to project management is a plus
