• This is a remote position. • Position Type: Commission-Based / Performance-Based. • Location: Remote / Flexible. • About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Talent Manager (Influencer) to join our team. • This role involves identifying, managing, and nurturing relationships with influencers across various social media platforms. • As a Talent Manager, you will be responsible for helping influencers grow their brands, securing collaborations, and maximizing monetization opportunities. • This is a commission-only role, offering unlimited earning potential based on your performance.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or a related field. • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value deals. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Deep understanding of social media platforms and influencer ecosystems. • A Strong network of influencers or industry contacts is a plus. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Passion for digital marketing, social media, and brand development.
