📋 Description

•We are seeking a Delivery Manager to work across multiple squads. •Ensure strategic technical alignment, continuous delivery, trading system reliability, and robust regulatory oversight. •Champion a culture of measurable improvement, using DORA metrics and other industry-recognised frameworks. •Balance the needs of rapid iteration with the stability and compliance requirements of financial markets.

🎯 Requirements

•Proven track record of working in an engineering-led organization applying modern Agile methods (Scrum, Kanban, Lean, XP). •Demonstrated expertise in applying DORA metrics and similar industry frameworks to measure, evaluate, and improve delivery processes. •Deep understanding of how large-scale, high-reliability software systems are designed, tested, deployed, and operated. •Experience coordinating across product managers, engineers, architects, QA, DevOps, and compliance stakeholders. •Background in high-performance, regulated environments such as finance, crypto, DeFi, or algorithmic trading is a strong plus. •Background and understanding of trading and financial markets is a strong plus.
