📋 Description

• Own and develop the Firm’s risk function end-to-end • Design, implement and enforce a Firm-wide risk framework across all activities • Co-design the firm’s risk architecture with the COO and CIO, covering data, analytics and real-time risk aggregation • Oversee risk across trading, treasury and investments, including CeFi and DeFi exposures • Define risk appetite and implement advanced risk metrics • Develop and maintain a quantitative risk framework covering market, credit, liquidity and systemic risk modelling • Implement the Firm-wide risk management system, including data architecture, risk aggregation, real-time monitoring and reporting infrastructure • Build an integrated risk view across centralized and decentralized venues • Define and implement VaR, Expected Shortfall, stress scenarios, liquidity-adjusted risk and concentration risk metrics • Translate traditional financial risk methodologies into crypto-native environments • Report to the COO in a quantitative risk management system-building role

🎯 Requirements

• Strong quantitative risk expertise • Ability to apply rigorous methodologies to complex, real-time markets across traditional finance and digital assets • Strong foundation in quantitative risk management, including hands-on experience with market risk, credit risk and liquidity risk modelling • Experience with tail risk estimation, scenario analysis, stress testing frameworks and dependence modelling across asset classes • Proven experience designing or co-designing firm-wide risk systems • Experience working closely with technology and operations to translate risk requirements into scalable infrastructure • Experience at the intersection of traditional financial markets and digital assets, including CeFi and/or DeFi • Understanding of exchange/custodian risk, smart contract risk, protocol risk, funding/basis dynamics and collateral management • Strong drive and proactivity to continuously strengthen risk management • Crypto enthusiasm, commercial mindset, proactive ownership and pragmatic flexibility
