📋 Description

• Papéis e Responsabilidades: Conduzir reuniões semanais com as áreas Comercial e Delivery para qualificação das demandas e definição de prioridades. • Analisar solicitações recebidas via formulário de propostas, identificar requisitos técnicos e elaborar cronogramas para entrega. • Coordenar todas as etapas, da qualificação à entrega final da proposta, incluindo checkpoints e construção colaborativa. • Participar de comitês de avaliação, validar com diretores e assegurar que as propostas estejam alinhadas para fechamento. • Redigir documentos com contexto, escopo, abordagem e premissas, em parceria com Executivos Comerciais e Heads de Delivery. • Auxiliar na escrita e apresentação de propostas, além de participar de eventos e discussões sobre novas tecnologias. • Nossa missão é Auxiliar as empresas a extrair todo o potencial de Dados e Digital objetivando aumentar seu desempenho, ajudando na transformação, gerando novas alavancas de crescimento e competitividade.

🎯 Requirements

• Experiência prévia em pré-vendas, proposta técnica ou funções correlatas. • Experiência no setor de tecnologia ou consultoria. • Habilidade para conduzir reuniões e gerenciar múltiplas demandas. • Boa comunicação escrita e verbal. • Conhecimento em elaboração e formatação de propostas comerciais. • Desejável familiaridade com sistemas de gestão de propostas (ex.: Lecom) e metodologias de vendas consultivas.
