📋 Description

• Develop 3D models, 2D fabrication drawings, and assemblies for polymer vessels, steel vessels, and pilot test skids • Create custom design variations for project- or customer-specific needs • Maintain accurate design libraries, templates, bill of materials, and drawing standards • Collaborate with engineering and product management to meet technical and performance goals • Coordinate with manufacturing partners to ensure efficient and consistent fabrication methods • Support Sales and BD teams with conceptual design visuals, system layouts, and feasibility reviews • Identify design optimization opportunities for cost reduction and enhanced performance • Ensure all designs meet Sentinel’s quality and documentation standards

🎯 Requirements

• Associate’s degree, technical certificate, or equivalent experience in mechanical design, drafting, engineering technology, or related field • Minimum 2 years of experience using SolidWorks and Fusion 360 in a professional setting • Strong understanding of mechanical components, piping, pressure vessels, and industrial equipment layouts • Experience producing detailed fabrication drawings and assemblies • Experience designing water treatment skids, pressure vessels, or polymer/steel equipment • Familiarity with GAC systems, pilot testing equipment, or modular skids • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and material specifications
