📋 Description

• Supporting B2B partners via e-mail, phone, and chat • Following a structured daily workflow and ensuring timely reporting of assigned tasks • Organizing and prioritizing responsibilities with independence and accountability • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and provide effective solutions • Using customer and partner feedback to suggest improvements in processes and services • Communicate professionally with customers and partners across multiple channels • Complete daily reporting tasks with accuracy and consistency • Work independently while effectively managing priorities and deadlines • Contribute to partner satisfaction and smooth operations • Keep accurate and well-structured records related to ongoing tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills • Critical thinking and ability to take initiative when needed • Computer skills and the ability to use MS Office equipment • Good command of both written and spoken English • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage recurring daily tasks with consistency • Ability to work independently while accepting guidance when required • Nice to have: Previous experience in Customer Support or Operations • Nice to have: Experience in collecting and reporting data, following structured daily processes
