📋 Description
• Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions. • Source potential candidates through online platforms, job boards, networking, and referrals. • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications. • Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and follow-up communication. • Manage the offer process including negotiations, reference checks, and onboarding coordination. • Maintain candidate pipeline and applicant tracking system (ATS) records. • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience. • Monitor and report recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, quality of hire). • Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and recruitment best practices.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). • Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency). • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and sourcing techniques. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter). • Good level of English and an Asian language is mandatory (preferable Chinese)
