📋 Description

• Build campaign timelines and schedule of deliverables to be shared internally & with the client • Create and maintain internal & external tracker documents, including Internal Creative Tracker (to manage approvals), Production Timeline, and Creative Count/Budget Trackers • Ensure all deliverables meet company standards through QA • Actively review project management software to ensure tasks are completed, quality checked, and closed out • Provide accurate estimates for projects • Collaborate with internal teams to achieve campaign objectives • Participate in client calls, meetings, and brainstorming sessions • Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of project management • Oversee 1-2 direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in a fast-paced environment • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders • Excellent organizational and time management skills • Ability to multi-task and juggle competing priorities effectively • Proficiency in project management software. Experience with Airtable, Slack, and Google sheets is a plus
