📋 Description

• Assist in various challenging, high-profile projects in corporate governance and sustainability reporting • Assist the legal department on corporate governance matters • Develop legal templates and contract playbooks • Research M&A and asset acquisition transactions • Conduct in-depth profiling and due diligence

🎯 Requirements

• Must be a graduate student pursuing a JD or LLM or a dual law degree (environmental a plus) • Excellent writing and analytical skills • Strong collaboration, coordination and facilitation skills • 1-2 years of experience in engineering, environmental law, or a compliance department a strong plus • Fluency in a language in addition to English is a strong plus • Proficient with technology and Microsoft Office applications
