📋 Description

• Lead customer definition sessions, demonstrate NetSuite capabilities through iterative workshops, and translate business challenges into scalable, effective ERP solutions. • Act as a trusted advisor to guide customers through organizational and process change tied to ERP adoption. • Communicate complex solution concepts clearly and confidently to both executive and functional audiences. • Work closely with project managers, consultants, and developers to ensure aligned solution delivery. • Support Sales and Leadership teams in scoping new opportunities and defining Statements of Work. • Contribute to continuous improvement of Kimberlite methodologies and solution frameworks.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of hands-on NetSuite functional consulting experience, including solution design, configuration, and delivery. • Proven ability to lead definition sessions, demos, and design workshops with cross-functional customer teams. • Strong track record of delivering complex, end-to-end NetSuite solutions (ERP, CRM, ARM, PSA, or similar). • Deep understanding of business process design across one or more verticals (Software/SaaS, Services, Manufacturing, Distribution). • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complexity and drive consensus. • Experience in change management — guiding organizations through system, process, and role transformation. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred. • NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification a strong plus. • Experience Advanced NetSuite Modules (e.g. ARM, SuiteProjects, EPM, CPQ, NSAW…) and project-based operations a plus.
