📋 Description
• Responsible for the overall performance and all phases of property management for a portfolio of properties • Oversee the preparation and implementation of operating budgets • Evaluate budget performance, tenant improvements, capital improvements, and maintenance and repair projects • Interface with other departments such as leasing, development, accounting, construction, and finance as well as 3rd party vendors
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a retail commercial property manager • Ability to travel regularly • Experience in commercial facility maintenance and property management accounting • Advanced MS Excel skills • Bachelor degree or equivalent, relevant work experience • Embraces a technology-forward mindset with strong curiosity for merging tools, AI in particular, bringing forward-looking perspective that inspires innovative solutions.
