📋 Description

• Lead and manage a portfolio of 10-15 childcare centers and more than $10M in revenue • Lead a team of Center Directors • Provide Center Directors with tools, coaching, and mentorship • Recruit, develop, empower, and engage Center Directors and teaching staff • Drive quality, accreditation, and educational excellence throughout the district • Nurture customer relationships throughout the market • Support sound business decisions with children and families in mind • Identify sales opportunities and drive business decisions to increase revenue, customer retention, and acquisition • Drive quality and consistency in centers • Enhance family acquisition and retention

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a successful multi-unit leader • Ability to identify, develop, retain and engage a successful team • Strong business insight; ability to drive financial results and identify sales opportunities • Leadership experience in a customer and talent-focused environment • A love for children and a strong desire to make a difference every day
