• Channel sales director will oversee all the channel sales and marketing operations. • Establish Channel Programs, roadmaps, set guidelines and timelines. • Develop strategies to increase revenue and strengthen client relationships. • Create yearly strategic plan for the Channel Department, report quarterly progress. • Set short- and long-term channel sales strategies, evaluate effectiveness of current programs. • Ensure a healthy pipeline of Channel partners in territories identified for expansion. • Work with departments including Marketing, Global, EdTech, Partners Success, R&D, Sales, Telecom. • Develop and execute various marketing campaigns, conduct post-program ROI analysis. • Develop co-marketing business plans leading to YoY growth with existing Channel partners. • Lead channel budget allocations, assess anticipated ROI of investments. • Develop sales process, CRM processes and business rules for distribution and channel partner sales. • Lead sales initiatives for identified territories, drive sales through appropriate Channel Ecosystem.
