• Kinsta is a modern cloud hosting company, with a growing club of 25,000+ customers including startups, universities and Fortune 500 firms. • We're motivated by excellent quality, and proud to have received a 97% satisfaction rating from our customers. • That's because, to us, each day is a chance to grow. • As a team, we continuously inspire each other to learn new and better ways to make an impact. • We own our jobs proudly - our leaders don't hold our hands, but they're in our corner whenever we ask for help - and our environment is flexible and remote-first. • We are looking for a motivated Account Manager in the EMEA region who will be responsible for managing existing client accounts and generating additional revenue by working with customers on upselling, cross-selling, and retention. • This is a post-sale, client-facing role, and the Account Manager is a quota-carrying contributor. • Account managers will work with a dedicated group of clients (known as their book of business) for the entirety of the client's time at Kinsta to help achieve the client’s goals and represent Kinsta in non-technical support customer interactions. • Account managers are also tasked with retaining the client’s business and growing these accounts through upsells and cross-sells. • An ideal candidate is someone who is proactive and has a knack for building relationships. Also, someone who is tech-savvy, process-driven, and loves the thrill of seeking out additional revenue and closing deals!

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 2-3 years of previous SaaS Sales or Account Management experience • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail. • Experience up-selling, cross-selling and renegotiation contracts • Tech-savvy, with a strong interest in technology. • Near-native proficiency in English and exceptional writing skills. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. • Bonus if you have: Prior knowledge of the hosting industry.
