âą Drive IT project success with a focus on Microsoft 365 (M365), Azure, and data analytics âą Gather, document, and translate complex business requirements into actionable deliverables âą Collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams âą Analyze, model, and visualize data using advanced Excel, Power BI, and other analytics tools âą Facilitate collaboration between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors for successful project delivery âą Identify and communicate project risks, timelines, and resource needs effectively to stakeholders

âą Strong knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate), and Exchange Online âą Proficiency in Azure Active Directory, cloud security best practices, and familiarity with Azure DevOps and resource management âą Advanced Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VBA, macros), Power BI, and experience with SQL for data querying âą Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project to track and manage project deliverables âą Understanding of API integrations, cloud storage, and hybrid infrastructure environments
