📋 Description

• Work across teams and interact with business areas across all company segments (Livre, Fleet, RAC and Pre-owned); • Identify customer needs and propose solutions that meet their expectations, in collaboration with the Customer Success team; • Design dialogue structures for chatbots; • Develop conversational flows for chatbots, following UX best practices and considering customer demands and expectations; • Write copy that humanizes chatbots and enhances user interaction; • Select and organize relevant content for chatbots based on customer needs and materials provided by clients; • Evaluate performance metrics to continuously improve chatbot effectiveness; • Assist in producing company materials such as presentations, emails, case studies, manuals, and guides.
