📋 Description

• Responsible to provide elite support services to KLA PCB Territory customers. • Ensuring all PCB systems perform accurately, enabling high customer happiness. • Provide service support encompassing system commissioning, breakdown repairs, and preventative maintenance support. • Generate a close working relationship with customers to facilitate sales.

🎯 Requirements

• US Citizenship Required for this position. • Bachelor’s Level Degree OR equivalent related work experience. • Candidates should have a solid background in electronics, mechanical engineering, and vacuum technology. • Must have solid understanding of WinNT, Win XP, Win7 & 10, Linux, as well as MS Office products. • Excellent communication and customer interfacing skills. • Good interpersonal skills. • An adaptable approach to working hours, locations, and conditions. • A flexible approach to work responsibilities, enabling both independent and team working. • Ability to work alone or unsupervised for extended period, often in difficult conditions. • A detailed and logical approach to problem solving.
