📋 Description

• Point of contact for business/financial issues at the plant and in production and support for operational and strategic projects • Responsibility for the plant's contribution margin accounting: continuous development and use as a central management instrument • Preparation, analysis and interpretation of cost, production and efficiency KPIs, with development of well-founded recommendations for action • Conducting target vs. actual comparisons, variance analyses and identification of cost drivers, including derivation of corrective measures • Collaboration with specialist departments to implement optimizations and to perform financial evaluations of investment projects • Active contribution to the site's strategic decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Controlling or a comparable qualification • Several years of experience in controlling, ideally in production controlling • Independent, target- and results-oriented working style with an analytical mindset and organizational talent • Precise working method and confident handling of demanding situations • Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); experience with BI/Qlik tools and ERP systems (e.g., Infor M3) is an advantage
