• Achieve KPI’s agreed with the line manager and report progress on a weekly/monthly basis • Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims • Achieve or exceed expected targets securing new business opportunities within various industry sectors • Achieve minimum daily call KPI targets • Manage multiple aspects of the business, including dealing with customer problems • Establish a strong working relationship with peers • Support managers with achieving pre-planned budgets/targets • Accurately manage the pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting • Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods • Maximise revenue generation of existing and new customers through upselling the company’s product catalogue
• 2-3 years of experience in B2B sales • Experience in holding presentations/demos – either face to face or online • Thrive in a fast-paced environment: you’re used to high volumes of KPIs • Excellent verbal communication, listening and interpersonal skills • Experience of working with a CRM system • Highly Motivated & Target driven • Proactive, confident and can take decisions fast • Account Management & Upselling skills/experience
