• Own and drive Knapsack’s end-to-end growth strategy and execution. • Develop and execute strategies to build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities. • Oversee all aspects of marketing, including demand generation, brand positioning, content strategy, and digital marketing. • Identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships and integrations that drive customer acquisition and market expansion. • Recruit, manage, and mentor team members across marketing and business development functions. • Establish KPIs for pipeline development, marketing performance, and partnership success. • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align growth initiatives with customer needs and product capabilities.
• 10+ years in growth, sales, or marketing roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity. • Proven success in building and managing pipeline and go-to-market strategy in early-stage B2B SaaS companies targeting enterprise customers. • Demonstrated ability to drive pipeline generation strategies that lead to significant revenue growth. • Experience overseeing both marketing and business development teams, driving integrated growth initiatives. • Ability to set strategic vision while executing tactically in a fast-moving environment. • Track record of building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams. • Thrive working cross-functionally with founders, product, engineering, and customer success to drive unified outcomes.
