📋 Description

• Product Backlog Management: Define, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with stakeholders to gather requirements, define features, and ensure the product meets business needs. • Sprint Planning: Collaborate with the development team to plan sprints, ensuring that the team delivers high-quality features on time. • User Story Development: Write clear and concise user stories, acceptance criteria, and other artifacts to guide the development process. • Customer Focus: Ensure that the product delivers value to customers to ensure that the product delivers great value to the customers. • Product Vision: Communicate the product vision and roadmap to the development team and other stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity. • Quality Assurance: Work with QA teams to ensure that delivered features meet quality standards and acceptance criteria. • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by analyzing product performance and user feedback to inform future development.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, with a focus on agile methodologies. • Proven track record of managing product backlogs and delivering successful products. • Experience in the e-learning or Information Technology sector. • Familiarity with user experience (UX) design principles. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. • Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency with agile tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Scrum). • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken (B2 and upper), is mandatory for effective communication with partners and clients.
