📋 Description

• Conduct live virtual training sessions for VA clinicians across specialties • Deliver train-the-trainer sessions for Site POCs and Clinical Champions • Lead virtual office hours and Q&A sessions • Provide one-on-one coaching for clinicians facing adoption or workflow challenges • Coordinate training schedules and track attendance, completion, and satisfaction metrics • Gather participant feedback and update training materials • Build and mentor Clinical Champions and maintain a community of practice • Serve as the clinical contact for VA clinicians, Site POCs, and department leads • Conduct clinical workflow assessments and provide specialty-specific guidance • Address clinical concerns and participate in medical staff meetings and leadership forums • Monitor user feedback and star ratings for clinical quality concerns • Review AI-generated documentation for clinical accuracy and completeness • Escalate patient safety and documentation quality issues • Guide pre-encounter setup, template selection, and workflow optimization • Troubleshoot consent, template, and EHR integration challenges • Translate frontline clinical insights into product and engineering feedback • Support site go-lives, post-training check-ins, and targeted adoption interventions • Monitor activation, recording, utilization, and engagement metrics • Identify and proactively support struggling users and low-adoption sites • Collect, categorize, and analyze implementation barriers • Collaborate with Support on workflow-related technical issues • Participate in retrospectives and continuous improvement discussions • Report training metrics, clinical quality indicators, qualitative feedback, best practices, and case studies • Prepare site-specific utilization summaries and contribute clinical insights to team reports and customer business reviews

🎯 Requirements

• Active clinical license (RN, NP, PA, PharmD, or equivalent) with ≥3 years of direct patient care experience • Understanding of clinical documentation requirements, EHR workflows, and medical decision-making • Knowledge of multiple clinical specialties and care settings • Understanding of HIPAA, medical-legal documentation standards, and quality requirements • 2-3+ years developing or delivering clinical education or healthcare IT training • Comfortable presenting to groups ranging from 5 to 100+ participants • Experience with virtual training platforms (Zoom, Teams, WebEx) • Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles and technical proficiency levels • Track record of achieving high training satisfaction scores • 2+ years supporting healthcare IT implementations or clinical process improvement initiatives • Experience working with multiple stakeholders across complex healthcare organizations • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines • Comfortable with ambiguity and changing priorities in fast-paced environments • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Comfortable learning new healthcare technologies quickly • Basic proficiency with data analysis and dashboards (Excel/Google Sheets) • Ability to troubleshoot workflow integration issues • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build rapport and trust with clinicians quickly • Strong active listening skills and empathy for clinician challenges • Comfortable presenting to clinical leadership and executive stakeholders • Collaborative team player who works well across functions • User-centered with deep empathy for clinician burnout and workflow challenges • Bias toward action with ability to make sound decisions under pressure • Continuous improvement orientation with willingness to iterate based on feedback • Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable in startup environments • Mission-driven with genuine passion for improving Veteran care and clinician wellbeing • Adaptable and resilient in face of challenges
