• Lead a cross-functional product team and take responsibility for its performance • Ensure consistent execution of the roadmap • Conduct independent qualitative research (interviews, usability tests) • Passion for products that convince through attention to detail • Mentor team members in their professional development

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in functional (and ideally line) management of product or cross-functional teams • Several years of experience leading complex (software) projects • High standards for product quality (attention to detail) • Solid hands-on expertise in qualitative UX research • Active use of AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Perplexity) to boost efficiency
