• Responsible for the operational support of multiple clients' largescale Microsoft based solutions and applications • Focus on Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM) 2016, Microsoft Entra ID and its associated technologies • Support is provided through maintenance, modification, problem resolution and incident management • Involved in the design and development of new services and solutions for support clients, the support team and the business • Provide support for all client solutions within Managed Solution Support • Responsible for configuration management database (CMDB) • Provide support for the Identity project team when required • Technical development of service offerings and support services • Responsible for support handovers of client solutions into support • Acts as a seasoned advisor, providing independent opinion and complex problems and novel initiatives, and assists the client with decision making • Encourages clients to consider difficult issues in their best interests • Advocate on behalf of clients to more senior management, identifying approaches that meet clients’ needs as well as those of the organisations
• Ability to troubleshoot complex and bespoke applications • Good working knowledge and the ability to read and modify code written in VB.Net and C# • Good knowledge or experience of working with Microsoft PowerShell • Good Knowledge of Active Directory / Windows based servers • Ability to support complex enterprise environments • Experience of operational support within a business environment • Strong writing and speaking abilities necessary to explain technical issues in a clear and compelling manner to various levels of technical and business audience • Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
