📋 Description

• Define long-term vision and sequencing for Kodex’s government solutions portfolio • Assess opportunities across domains and prioritize investments • Translate strategy into actionable product roadmaps and detailed requirements • Collaborate with engineering to deliver scalable, secure, and compliant solutions • Guide integration of third-party technologies into Kodex’s ecosystem • Serve as the voice of government customers and synthesize feedback into product direction • Build relationships with public-sector agencies and private-sector technology partners to co-develop features and integrations • Partner with GTM teams on positioning, pricing, and rollout strategies • Align executives and internal teams on roadmap and progress • Represent Kodex in customer, partner, and industry conversations

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise SaaS, government technology, or compliance-driven industries • Experience managing complex product portfolios that span multiple domains • Familiarity with CJIS, FedRAMP, and international equivalents • Ability to turn compliance requirements into product design • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute global product strategies and navigate cross-border regulations • Experience working with or alongside law enforcement, regulatory, or intelligence agencies • Proven ability to leverage strategic partnerships (analytics, threat intelligence, public-safety technology) • U.S. clearance eligibility (existing clearance a plus) and authorization to work lawfully in the United States • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Customer-obsessed mindset and ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive products
