• Own large data domain(s) and integrate data requirements into project planning • Design and optimize data models with a strong focus on performance • Develop dashboards that provide answers to critical business questions • Identify trends and opportunities through deep data analysis • Partner with stakeholders to refine requirements and offer data-driven recommendations • Own project planning and participate in cross-functional domain ownership • Mentor team members and contribute to establishing best practices
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in data roles • Ability to write, review and enhance SQL queries focusing on code performance • Advanced expertise in DBT, independently implementing complex features • Strong version control skills with Git • Ability to adapt communication to different audiences and articulate recommendations • Proactively identify work that should be prioritized based on business needs
