📋 Description

• Start in Customer Support by solving user problems through support tickets • Investigate complex cases, identify root causes, gather feedback, and help Support resolve issues • Transition into the Product Specialist role, usually within 30 days • Turn user insights and research into product opportunities with Product and Engineering • Investigate transaction and portfolio discrepancies • Improve data accuracy and integrations with developers • Perform QA on new features and fixes before release • Catch bugs and verify expected functionality • Use AI and automation to streamline workflows • Keep development work well organized • Produce clear, actionable findings for Engineering • Serve as a bridge between users and developers • Help maintain Koinly as one of the most accurate crypto tax and asset-tracking products

🎯 Requirements

• Strong crypto and blockchain knowledge • Crypto-native understanding of wallets, exchanges, transfers, trading, staking, DEXs, LPing, and dapps • Hands-on experience with DeFi, NFTs, staking, and complex on-chain activity • Comfortable navigating block explorers such as Ethereum or Solana and using on-chain data to investigate issues • Analytical and technical problem-solving abilities, including debugging, comparing data sources, and reaching evidence-based conclusions • Meticulous approach to quality assurance and testing • Comfortable with spreadsheets and learning technical tools • Fluent in English • Ability to collaborate across Product, Engineering, and Customer Support • Ability to use AI for investigation and automation while validating its outputs • Curiosity, self-direction, prioritization, and ownership • Strong understanding of APIs and data flows between systems (nice-to-have) • Programming or scripting experience in Python, JavaScript, or similar languages (nice-to-have) • Familiarity with blockchain development concepts and on-chain data structures (nice-to-have) • Familiarity with Jira, APIs, scripting, or blockchain development (nice-to-have) • Must be able to work with European time-zone overlap • Must be able to work without visa sponsorship
