• Own Koinly's video channels end-to-end • Build and run the production pipeline • Grow the audience and make video a measurable growth channel • Manage a network of freelance presenters • Manage external video editors • Define the content strategy, publish consistently, and grow both channels • Own video SEO across platforms
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in video production or video marketing • Experience managing freelancers remotely • Data-driven on platform analytics • Visual eye for thumbnails, pacing, and editing quality • Native or near-native English • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
