📋 Description

• Define requirements for the maintenance and further development of public tariffs • Coordinate with customers and participate in workshops to fully understand and incorporate customer requirements • Maintain content in our systems, especially analyzing and updating various changes to (public) tariffs and configuring tariff changes in our software • Support functional quality assurance • Work with agile methodologies such as Scrum, Design Thinking, and Personas

🎯 Requirements

• Knowledge of tariff structures and their areas of application • Basic technical understanding of software / IT affinity • Analytical skills and the ability to work independently • An open, outgoing personality and enjoyment working in a team and with clients • Fluent German language skills
