📋 Description

• Build and maintain dashboards and tools for Transactions, Success, Product, and leadership • Turn business questions into reliable decision systems by defining problems, finding evidence, and measuring results • Connect data from calls, feedback, email, and market research to understand customer buying, listing, and selling behavior • Identify patterns across customers and opportunities for better processes, product changes, or integrations • Drive the marketplace growth model by improving sourcing, catalog reliability, and digital sales • Create feedback loops to measure campaign and product-change impact on adoption, transaction volume, and efficiency • Design, launch, and execute campaigns that make digital buying and selling easier in the ecosystem • Track impact and ensure data quality by investigating inconsistencies • Turn customer insights into clear evidence for other teams • Identify and fix internal bottlenecks through automation and improved workflows • Use automation, data analysis, research, and prototyping tools to build better workflows • Measure results against real customer outcomes and determine when to use automation versus human judgment

🎯 Requirements

• Strong analytical judgment and commercial curiosity • Ability to solve ambiguous problems using data, spreadsheets, SQL, or code • Comfortable working across structured and unstructured data • Excellent communication skills and ability to turn complex data into useful narratives • Interest in marketplaces, B2B SaaS, and operational systems • Humble, rigorous, and team-first approach • Fluent in English (must) • Experience in the floriculture industry is a strong plus
