📋 Description

• **Key Responsibilities** • - **Design Excellence:** Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to craft engaging user interfaces. • - **User Insights:** Develop user personas, flows, and journey maps to define and enhance user experiences. • - **Research-Driven Approach:** Conduct user research and usability testing to validate and refine design concepts. • - **Consistency in Design:** Build style guides, design systems, and reusable components to ensure cohesive UI across products. • - **Accessibility & Responsiveness:** Ensure designs meet WCAG standards and are optimized for all screen sizes. • - **Continuous Learning:** Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team.

🎯 Requirements

• **Qualifications** • - Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field. • - 2-4 years of experience designing intuitive interfaces for B2B, SaaS, or enterprise products. • - A portfolio showcasing your ability to solve complex design challenges. • **Skills** • - Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail. • - Excellent verbal and written communication to articulate design decisions effectively. • - Experience working with or creating comprehensive design systems (e.g., Material Design, Bootstrap, custom design systems). • - Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design principles. • - Familiarity with designing complex dashboards and data visualization components for enterprise applications. • - Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, or Miro. • **Bonus Points For** • - Experience designing for healthcare or B2B enterprise applications. • - Familiarity with design systems and creating scalable components. • - Experience in leveraging AI-driven design tools for accelerating design workflows.
