📋 Description

• Build and operate benefits functions, including scheme setup, renewals, policy events, and insurer relationships • Investigate and resolve customer support cases, communicating bad news clearly • Build insurer and broker partnerships, including new carriers, markets, and supply relationships • Build financial models for a non-standard SaaS business • Make compliance, risk, and legal processes work in a regulated, multi-country environment • Build people and talent functions • Drive business operations and strategy, ensuring the company runs effectively • Identify operational gaps and take ownership through resolution • Match candidates to live roles when suitable; otherwise retain them in the talent pool for future opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Exceptional candidates across benefits operations, customer support, insurer and broker partnerships, finance, compliance, risk and legal, people and talent, business operations, strategy, chief of staff, or another relevant area • Ability to identify gaps and independently resolve them • Relevant experience demonstrated through what you have built, fixed, or changed • Right to work in the country where you would work without requiring visa sponsorship
