• Conduct ongoing market research to understand the competitive landscape, identifying trends, client needs, and areas of differentiation. • Collaborate closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to develop comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature updates. • Manage a suite of sales enablement tools and collateral that empower the sales team to effectively communicate the value of KPA’s compliance solutions. • Work with the marketing team to develop and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns, focusing on driving demand and product awareness across diverse industries. • Serve as a thought leader for the EHS compliance product suite, providing expertise to internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of product marketing experience, with 1 year in a market-facing role. • Proven experience in competitive intelligence, launch strategy, messaging, and customer insights. • Strong understanding of, or desire to work in, EHS compliance within industries such as manufacturing, oil and gas, construction, and utilities. • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects, software, and deadlines. • Strategic and creative mindset with demonstrated experience in crafting compelling product messaging. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking and presenting. • Proficiency with productivity and reporting tools and experience in Salesforce, HubSpot, ClickUp, Chorus, Figma, Adobe InDesign, and more.
