• Driving the successful execution of the product roadmap. • Translating the strategic direction set by the Product Manager into clear, detailed requirements. • Ensuring that development teams deliver high-quality, impactful functionality. • Collaborating daily with engineering, design, QA, and subject matter experts. • Delivering features that help customers strengthen safety culture, engage employees, and reduce workplace risks.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role in a SaaS environment. • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum practices and backlog management. • Demonstrated ability to write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams. • Strong sense of ownership and attention to detail. • Experience in EHS, safety management, risk reduction, or related operational software. (Preferred) • Understanding of safety workflows such as incident management, inspections, and observations. (Preferred) • Familiarity with UX principles and data-driven design. (Preferred) • Product Owner certification (e.g., CSPO or equivalent) (Preferred)
