📋 Description

• Working on both designing strategies and guiding transformations for banks, insurers, and real estate companies • Helping clients respond to current topics such as ESG and maintaining customer trust • Contributing to large transformation programs in multidisciplinary teams • From the start, engaging with clients and taking on responsibility • Gaining practical experience in large-scale transformations • As a consultant, from day one, you will be involved in short-term (strategic) advisory projects, work on designing a business or operating model, or gain practical experience in large-scale transformations within the Banking, Insurance, and Real Estate sectors. • Your work will consist of client interactions, conducting analyses, and a high level of responsibility and diversity in assignments. • You will quickly gain subject-matter expertise and consulting skills through the extensive training programs available. • As a consultant, you will see a variety of companies in a short time.

🎯 Requirements

• You have completed a Master's degree and have an affinity with banks, insurers, or real estate • You have some relevant work experience • You have been active alongside your studies (e.g., work, board/committee roles, top-level sports, or volunteer work) • You have a strong affinity for teamwork • You are engaged and enthusiastic with colleagues and clients, and a professional conversation partner • You are fluent in spoken and written Dutch and English
