📋 Description
• Plan, configure, maintain and improve corporate network infrastructure • Ensure connectivity, performance and security across environments • Participate in continuous improvement and automation projects • Work within ITIL processes (change, incident and problem management)
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or a related field • Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required • Familiarity with Active Directory, DNS and DHCP • Experience with Cisco switches/routers, firewalls and supporting related devices • Experience producing technical documentation for effective planning and execution • High proficiency with MS Office, Visio and project management tools • Knowledge of lab operations and processes is a plus for Junior and Mid levels • Experience supporting and executing the systems development lifecycle (SDLC) and automation is desirable for Mid level
