• Own and evolve the core brand system: brand guidelines, component libraries, templates, and asset libraries. • Raise brand quality across pods by showing the way. • Develop and maintain visual identity standards. • Define and document brand behaviors across emerging surfaces. • Collaborate to identify and fix systemic issues. • Translate complex concepts into clear, usable brand guidance. • Lead design reviews with constructive feedback. • Stay ahead of changing design tools and shape adaptations.
🎯 Requirements
• Deep experience as a brand designer in agency, in-house, or both. • Systems thinking as a default mode. • Strong experience with motion or working alongside motion designers. • Brand identity expertise. • Strategic affinity — comfortable working upstream of execution. • A strong communicator. • A portfolio showing not just craft, but judgment. • Mastery of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. • Genuine curiosity about crypto, technology, and financial ownership.
