📋 Description

• Own the product roadmap and execution for your team, focused on CRO on our logged-out Kraken.com and our signup funnels across Kraken’s product ecosystem. • Build systems and strategies that intelligently route traffic across Kraken’s product ecosystem, ensuring the right users are matched with the right offerings early in their journey. • Explore and launch freemium tools, interactive utilities, or other high-value logged-out experiences that introduce Kraken’s capabilities and build trust — even before a user signs up. • Partner with design and engineering to ship landing page optimizations, segmented and personalized user journeys through high velocity experimentation. • Use quantitative data, user insights, and competitive research to drive decision-making and prioritize initiatives. • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization, including brand, legal, compliance, and product, to ensure alignment and timely delivery. • Champion a culture of experimentation, rapid iteration, and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 5 years of product management experience, with 3+ years in growth or acquisition-focused roles • Proven track record of shipping successful product features through experiments that move business metrics • Experience with CRO on landing pages and app/web-based acquisition funnels • Experience thinking across a multi-product ecosystem, ideally with dynamic routing or recommendation logic • Strong analytical skills and experience with A/B testing frameworks and hypothesis development • Excellent collaboration and communication skills; able to work effectively with cross-functional partners • A growth mindset – you are curious, resilient, and not afraid to challenge assumptions • Experience designing freemium or utility features that drive engagement and conversion
