📋 Description

• Design complete social journeys for investing and trading experiences • Shape navigation, information hierarchy, copy, defaults, gestures, feedback, empty states, loading states, and failure states • Create interactive prototypes to explore alternatives, test uncertain areas, and clarify flows and acceptance criteria for engineering • Apply psychology to improve participation, sharing, following, recognition, reputation, and feedback • Run usability sessions and combine user observations with funnel data • Design experiences for both first use and repeated use, including controlled sharing during active trading • Define expected behavior and measurement for significant product changes • Track task completion, abandonment, first follows, first contributions, responses, and retention • Work with data science to evaluate experiments and effects on contributors and audiences • Choose initial scope, resolve trade-offs with engineering, review implementation, and use post-launch evidence to prioritize improvements

🎯 Requirements

• More than 5 years working as a Product Manager and in a senior+ capacity • Over 2 years shipping consumer social experiences, such as feeds, profiles, or discovery • Experience designing and shipping consumer social experiences • Strong interaction design craft • Ability to build realistic interactive prototypes using Figma, code, AI tools, or a combination • Ability to use user research and evidence to inform design decisions • Ability to prioritize problems, define success, interpret funnel and cohort data, and evaluate experiments • Understanding of credibility, incentives, reputation, and visibility of financial activity in social finance • Ability to design flows, build interactive prototypes, and work through interaction details with designers and engineers
