📋 Description

• Lead creation of essential web experiences and marketing pages to drive customer engagement and conversion • Create high-quality web experiences with designers, researchers, product managers, content specialists, and engineers • Balance business objectives, customer needs, insights, and technical constraints to produce data-informed outcomes • Take concepts from research through exploration, prototypes, and production • Participate in design reviews by giving and receiving meaningful feedback • Take full accountability for work and attend to every detail • Contribute to defining and expanding design systems • Use data to drive brand strategy and product growth • Analyze and interpret data to create compelling concepts and presentations • Share insights with executives to shape and advance the brand

🎯 Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating design quality, standards, and optimization • Keen understanding of how design integrates with code • Essential familiarity with HTML and CSS • Experience with React and JSON is welcome but not required • Understanding of technical feasibility and web performance optimization • Ability to design for progressive enhancement and graceful degradation • Account for reduced motion, slow connections, failed loads, empty states, and error states • Proficient in user-centered UI/UX design for front-facing consumer websites aligned with marketing goals • Understanding of information architecture and intuitive web-content organization • Firm grasp of W3C standards, accessibility, usability, and cross-browser compatibility • Commitment to continuous learning and egoless collaboration • Track record of successful partnerships with colleagues • Willingness to complete job-related skills or work-style assessments if requested
