📋 Description

• Design static 2D and 3D creative for Kraken Consumer and Krak across launches, campaigns, promotions and always-on activity • Concept, model, light, texture and render 3D assets in Cinema 4D • Apply and extend the Kraken Consumer brand across social, lifecycle, web, illustration and foundational brand projects • Design initiative-specific work, including partner-branded assets for launches such as IPOs and purpose-built illustration for go-to-market and product moments • Build scalable Figma component libraries, marketing templates and modular campaign kits with localization-ready layouts • Use AI-assisted production tools appropriately in brand creation • Bring ideas and a design point of view to briefs • Version and localize work across markets, languages and formats • Partner with Product Marketing, compliance and regional teams to secure approvals • Collaborate with motion, web, performance and AI video designers • Maintain a high craft standard and provide constructive feedback • Report to the Creative Lead, Consumer Creative & Design; operate as a senior individual contributor with no direct reports

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of brand, static and 3D design experience at a high-volume in-house team or agency • Experience ideally in fintech, crypto or another regulated category; competitor or similar company experience is a plus • Portfolio submitted with application demonstrating brand and static work, at least one 3D piece with process note, work adapted for multiple formats or markets, and a system or template set used by others • Command of Cinema 4D and surrounding 3D workflow: modeling, lighting, materials and rendering, with shipped work • Expert-level Figma, including components, auto layout and variables • Strong layout, hierarchy, typography and composition across small sizes and multiple languages • Hands-on experience with AI-assisted production tools • Experience working within regulatory constraints, including risk warnings, disclaimers and market-specific requirements • Working fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator and After Effects for light motion • Ability to work quickly through fast turnarounds, multiple review rounds and late changes • Plain-language and clear communication skills • Curiosity about investing and crypto • Ability to work from an eligible location and provide work city and country • Sponsorship requirements must be disclosed
