• Own web design and UX end-to-end • Build the AI design system that lets the team self-serve • Extend design across the marketing surface • Own and evolve the brand system • Use AI as your primary production engine • Prototype fast • Partner with engineering on a clean handoff • Set the design quality bar • Document your systems for the whole org
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of hands-on web and digital design experience • Strong portfolio of shipped web and marketing design work in a fast-moving environment • Deep command of website UX: information architecture, responsive layout, design systems, interaction and conversion design, and dev-ready handoff in Figma • Strong, demonstrable AI design skills • A systems builder, not a one-off maker • Comfortable designing web, lifecycle email, organic social, and brand assets • Prototyping chops • Strong collaborator and communicator • Bias to ship • Genuine curiosity about crypto, trading, and prop
