📋 Description
• Lead architectural design across implementation, acceleration and invention initiatives • Build scalable Python/Django services and APIs • Design MVP solutions that can evolve into core platform capabilities • Diagnose and resolve complex performance bottlenecks • Mentor mid-level engineers and elevate engineering standards • Partner cross-functionally with Product and other engineering teams
🎯 Requirements
• Strong professional experience in Python • Deep experience with Django (or similar Python frameworks) • Strong experience designing scalable REST APIs • Proven experience improving performance and reliability in production systems • Experience influencing or leading technical architecture decisions • Comfortable balancing speed of delivery with long-term maintainability
