📋 Description

• We are seeking skilled, highly motivated Russian Interpreters to join our 100% remote team. • Initially focused on OPI, this role offers a clear pathway to advance into VRI. • You will be responsible for providing accurate, consecutive interpretation primarily in medical settings. • Facilitating crucial communication in social services and financial contexts.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: 6 months to 1 year minimum of professional experience in remote medical interpretation. • English Proficiency: Minimum C1 fluency. We accept valid certifications from EF SET (4-Skill), TOEFL, or CAE. • Interpretation Certification: You must be able to pass a terminology and interpreter skills evaluation that will be performed during the hiring process. • Core Skills: Complete mastery of medical and customer service terminology. • Compliance: Must currently hold, or be willing to obtain, HIPAA and FWA (Fraud, Waste, and Abuse) certifications. • Background Check: Willingness to successfully complete a standard background check via email. • Technical & Workspace Requirements: Internet Connection: A hardwired Ethernet connection directly to your router is mandatory (Wi-Fi is strictly prohibited). • Hardware: A high-quality, noise-canceling USB headset. • Computer Specs: Minimum of Windows 10 OS and 4GB RAM. • Browser: The latest version of Google Chrome, Apple Safari, or Microsoft Edge. • Workspace: A dedicated, quiet, and fully HIPAA-compliant working environment.
