📋 Description

• - Supporting Corporate Finance assignments from start to completion • - Reviewing datapacks, reports, Information Memorandums and marketing materials • - Conducting research into potential buyers, funders and targets • - Managing project workflows and monitoring assignment progress • - Liaising with clients, internal teams and external stakeholders • - Supporting Directors and Partners on a range of transaction activities • - Attending business development and networking events

🎯 Requirements

• - The ideal candidate will be ACA qualified or equivalent • - Proven experience managing transactions through to completion • - Experience working across multiple sectors • - Several years experience within Corporate Finance • - Experience of managing a team on ongoing multiple projects • - Analytical skills and attention to detail • - Good commercial and well organised approach
