• CTA qualified or qualified by experience. • Strong experience in managing your own portfolio. • Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to balance multiple tasks effectively. • Experience in managing teams is preferred, though this is not a People Manager role. The ability to collaborate effectively and provide support to colleagues is essential. • Willingness to travel. • A proactive, client-oriented mindset with the ability to build lasting relationships.
